Pathfinder Program

Now, for tomorrow is our promise.

Consulting Pathfinder Program

Our Consulting Pathfinder Program is a selective, in-person leadership program that will be held in June 2026. This program is for second-year students pursuing a career in Consulting. Participants will gain deeper insight into Baker Tilly’s advisory service offerings and participate in a case study competition. As part of the event, attendees will interview for an internship with Baker Tilly.

Accounting Pathfinder Program

Our Accounting Pathfinder Program is a selective, in-person leadership program that will be held in June 2026. This program is for students two years from their 150-credit date interested in pursuing a career in Tax or Audit. Participants will gain deeper insight into Baker Tilly’s various service offerings and participate in a case study competition. As part of the event, attendees will interview for an internship with Baker Tilly.
