Alison is a director with Baker Tilly’s CFO advisory practice. She is passionate about partnering with clients and helping them through whatever challenges they face. - Assists in managing the CFO Advisory practice within Chicago office, providing controller and CFO interim services
- Perform pre- and post-merger and acquisition accounting related tasks for large and midsized private entities
- Engage additional CFO advisory services and other Baker Tilly service areas to existing clients, promoting full-service approach to client needs
- Assist with audit readiness activities and financial statement audit completion
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements for leadership team
- Recommend best practices surrounding controls, processes and departmental structuring
- Specific expertise servicing private equity owned companies, manufacturing and distribution as well as healthcare industries
