For more than 10 years, Allison has honed her skills in the implementation and management of pretax benefit plans (FSA, Commuter, HRA, HSA). Allison is skilled in identifying client needs and developing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
She also has a deep understanding of consumer experience and is committed to delivering solutions that are user-friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate.
Allison completed the firm’s Rising Leaders Program along with 24 other top performing managers within the firm and sat on the Rising Leaders coaching circle.
- Assisted with more than 30 client implementations to seamlessly managing complex transitions of pretax benefits from other third-party administrators
- Guided clients through the implementation of automated file feeds between HRIS and payroll vendors to specifications in order to reduce the potential for error from manual processing and increase overall data accuracy
- Coordinated carrier claim data feeds to increase auto substantiation rates for claim adjudication
- Organized numerous open enrollment projects throughout their life cycle, engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure each project’s success
