Bob has significant experience in flow-through taxation around private equity and renewable energy portfolio companies as well as large family-owned businesses.
- Provides tax advisory and compliance services for businesses and individuals
- Experience with complex partnership tax reporting including special allocations of income, IRC §704(b) capital account maintenance and partner basis issues
- Provides entity structuring planning for closely held businesses and the renewable energy industry
- Inflation Reduction Act tax credit expertise related to renewable energy incentives including project development support, tax credit eligibility requirements and credit monetization
- Corresponds with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state auditors to assist in taxpayer’s audit defense
