His expertise spans multiple industries, such as technology, software, internet, media, telecommunications, and utilities, as well as higher education and healthcare, including not-for-profit organizations. Bruno has a strong track record of collaborating with high-growth, pre-IPO and newly public tech companies, providing valuable insights and financial guidance to help drive their success.
- Experience using SEC reporting, acquisitions, restructurings, controls assessments and assisting clients with other key technical accounting and financial reporting matters
- Works closely with senior executives to bring insights and specialist resources as they evaluate alternate acceptable accounting positions
- Collaborates closely with chief financial officers (CFO), chief administrative officers (CAO) and controllers to resolve accounting and control issues consistently maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and positive ratings from audit clients
