Cameron Johnson is a director with Baker Tilly’s Washington tax council practice. His primary market focus is providing strategic tax, financial and business solutions to complex pass-through enterprises, including transactional planning and structuring, consulting across multiple tax and financial disciplines, compliance support and IRS controversy. Cameron also has extensive experience advising closely held private businesses and family offices in exit and succession planning, income tax planning and modeling, and estate planning.
