Chase is a tax principal with more than a decade of professional tax experience focusing largely on transactions and entity structuring and raising capital between transactions and entity structuring. He specializes in providing tax planning and consulting for high-growth businesses, with a particular emphasis on the merger and acquisition (M&A) space. His clients have ranged from closely held entities to publicly traded companies, with extensive experience across industry spectrums.
Chase spent six years with the corporate tax practice before transitioning to assist entrepreneurs. Chase has a passion for helping entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next level by finding creative ways to add value using an extensive network of referral partners and internal expertise.
In addition, Chase is experienced in tax provision (FAS 109/ASC 740) calculations and consultation with respect to accounting for uncertainty in income taxes (FASB interpretation No. 48), research and development credits, consolidated corporate filings, E&P analysis and M&A tax structuring and consulting. He has also served a number of high-net-worth individuals with particular consideration for the business use of aircrafts (Notice 2005-45).
