Christopher Lingner is a principal with Baker Tilly’s business advisory service practice. His primary practice area is financial due diligence, focusing on quality of earnings, quality of assets, corporate carve-outs, revenue recognition, revenue volatility, revenue concentrations, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) analysis, debt-capacity analysis, net working capital analysis and more. His background includes auditing, tax, corporate development, corporate finance and other consulting services. He has nearly 10 years of direct merger and acquisition, and transaction advisory experience and has worked on more than 200 engagements during his career. He has experience in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, software and technology, business services, real estate, healthcare, retail, consumer products, insurance, energy and private equity.
