Chuck is a principal with Baker Tilly’s state and local tax practice. He specializes in state and local tax services. Prior to Baker Tilly, Chuck worked for a global tax firm as a sales and use tax consultant.
- Planning and review of state and local income, sales and use, gross receipts, franchise and tax returns
- Provides state and local tax consulting services for public and private companies in various industries, such as manufacturing, distribution and services
- Assists businesses in managing their state and local tax footprint by developing and implementing multistate tax strategies including nexus and taxability reviews
- Provides dispute resolution services such as state audit defense, tax delinquency settlements and voluntary disclosures
