- Led multiple OneStream implementation projects including cube architecture, metadata automation, people planning, cost center planning, cost allocations, project budgeting and reporting
- Spearheaded the design and build of an allocation engine and indirect rate cube within OneStream for a large defense contractor to calculate, allocate, and analyze cost pools on plan and actual scenarios
- Oversaw the development of a custom project budgeting solution within OneStream to enable estimate-at-complete budgeting by resource and incorporate calculations for raw costs, applied burdens and revenue on various contract vehicle types
- Managed a Deltek Costpoint integration project of a multibillion dollar acquisition including oversight of all workstreams, redesign of more than 100 pools, data conversion, validation, testing, deployment and change management
- Led functional and technical assessment of FP&A processes and tools
- Supported the Annual Operating Plan process, formulation and forward pricing rate calculations for a large government contractor
- Facilitated the implementation of PowerBI dashboards to monitor key performance indicators leveraging data from multiple systems
- Implemented UIPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline processes for clients using Deltek Costpoint
- Formerly the senior director of finance and business analytics at a mid-size not-for-profit government contractor overseeing the FP&A, pricing, financial systems and business intelligence functions.
