
Dan is a director with Baker Tilly’s development and community advisory practice. He is experienced in advanced analytics and modeling, and data management. Dan advises visualization and supply chain manufacturing and distribution clients on developing capital project business cases, optimizing their supply chains and implementing data-driven continuous improvement projects. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Dan supported managers and executives on three continents in using data to facilitate strategic decision making.
- Applies optimization and scenario-modeling methods to support strategic supply chain network design initiatives and operational asset allocation decisions (product mix, capacity planning, inventory management)
- Develops dashboards and data models to clearly track key performance indicators and validates that key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurately reflecting business objectives
- Models financial and technical performance of projects in support of feasibility studies for private and public clients
- Establishes and manages data-driven sales and operational planning processes
- Engages individuals at all levels of an organization to uncover business priorities and drive alignment towards high priority objectives
