
Elizabeth is a director with Baker Tilly’s risk advisory practice. She has more than 10 years of experience working with government contractors and their counsel to identify, quantity and manage risk through regulatory and compliance consulting. With her specialized focus on pricing, audit and litigation support, Elizabeth has assisted leading government contractors in a variety of industries including technology, professional services and healthcare.
- Supports clients in designing indirect rate structures for compliance with the federal acquisition regulations (FAR), cost accounting standards (CAS) and other applicable requirements, and preparing cost accounting standards board (CASB) disclosure statements
- Assists contractors and their legal counsel in preparing disclosures under the requirements set forth by mandatory disclosure regulations
- Develops analytical methodologies and financial models to facilitate damage analysis resulting from non-compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Advises contractors and manages projects related to all aspects of general services administration and veteran affairs federal supply schedule services contracting, including proposal preparation, government pricing and compliance strategy, contract option extensions, trade agreements act compliance, inspector general audits and department of justice investigations
- Provides dispute and litigation services to contractors and their legal counsel by performing complex data analyses related to pricing issues under the federal False Claims Act and price reduction clause
- Advises life sciences companies on the complexities of the VA FSS federal market, assisting with contract proposal and compliance as well as pricing strategy and proper monitoring
- Supports clients in contract closeout efforts, developing plans to clear the backlog and use innovative tools to generate invoices
- Performs financial and compliance related due diligence engagements for both buy and sell side merger and acquisitions transactions
