
With more than 20 years of experience in public finance, Elizabeth works with colleges, universities and municipalities in the Midwest. She assists clients in defining financial strategies and creating a financing plan to realize the desired outcomes. She has experience with competitive and negotiated sales as well as private placements. Before joining the firm, Elizabeth spent 13 years at a financial services company in London and New York. During this time, she was the lead analyst for a variety of public issuers, focusing on universities and local governments.
