
Erica Hightower is a principal with Baker Tilly’s risk advisory practice. She provides risk management services to clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, utilities, financial services, healthcare and technology. Erica clients have included large public utility companies, municipalities and banks with assets of nearly $50 billion. She has extensive experience providing internal and information technology (IT) audits, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and FIDICIA testing, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) IT regulatory audits, system and organization controls (SOC) audits, cybersecurity evaluations, and risk management engagements including risk assessments and gap assessments.
