Franci Suter is a principal with Baker Tilly’s audit practice. Franci brings a wealth of experience in auditing and consulting for employee benefit plans across diverse organizations such as privately owned businesses, publicly listed companies and not-for-profit organizations. She audits a variety of plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, health and welfare, and employee stock ownership plans. She also provides consulting services for various technical matters, including plan compliance, internal controls, IRS/DOL audit support and correction methodologies for significant or complex plan corrections. Franci is a member of Baker Tilly's leadership team and technical committee for employee benefit plan audits, leading the initiatives of innovation, automation, and complimentary workforce. Additionally, she has experience preparing Form 5500 and other required government forms related to employee benefits.
