
Frank Walker is managing principal of Baker Tilly’s Washington, D.C. metro region. He is responsible for overall market leadership and strategic growth while championing team development and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Previously, Frank served as national practice leader for the firm’s transactions and financial advisory practice, overseeing due diligence, CFO advisory, and business valuation service lines. He was elected to two terms on the Baker Tilly U.S. Board of Partners and served on the special transaction committee that guided the firm through its first private equity investment. He has also held board and executive committee roles with several nonprofit organizations.
Frank began his career at a Big Four accounting firm and later served as a chief financial officer in industry before joining Baker Tilly more than 20 years ago.

- Led or advised on transactions totaling multiple billions of dollars throughout his career
- Oversees teams supporting the Office of the CFO on carve-out financials, financial restatements, accounting advisory, audit readiness, complex financial modeling, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, interim finance support, and process improvement initiatives
- Serves clients ranging from emerging growth companies to S&P 500 organizations
- Speaker on corporate growth, financing, acquisitions, and accounting topics at universities, trade associations, and organizations including the Association for Corporate Growth
