
Fred has practiced public accounting for more than 30 years. He focuses on emerging issues that impact the firm’s clients, and consults on complex SEC matters and other areas related to accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
Fred’s areas of expertise include public and private offerings, multinational audit engagements, business combinations, stock-based compensation, intangibles and goodwill, and SEC regulatory matters. Fred’s experience includes a Professional Accounting Fellowship in the Division of Corporation Finance at the US SEC in Washington D.C.
Fred is a member of the Center for Audit Quality’s (CAQ) Professional Practice Executive Committee, SEC Regulations Committee, and Audit Reporting Task Force, and is a former chair of both the CAQ‘s Smaller Firm Task Force and the AICPA National Conference on SEC and PCAOB Developments.
