He specializes in providing internal audit and risk consulting services, including outsourced and co-sourced internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) for public companies, and internal control design and implementation consulting. Before joining Baker Tilly, James worked with a Big Four firm, a top 10 global public accounting firm and has Fortune 100 industry experience.
