Jennifer Crawford is a tax director with Baker Tilly.
Jennifer has more than 15 years of consulting experience, helping clients improve their tax functions by evaluating current processes, determining best practices and implementing effective controls. She assists clients in complying with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements to remediate material weaknesses and deficiencies, and mature established tax processes. Jennifer also works with internal audit departments providing tax advice in design and testing of internal controls and audit procedures. In addition, Jennifer works on tax provision software implementations to ensure compliance with internal control methodology and procedures as well as integration with finance, IT and internal audit.

- Forensic accounting for financial investigations and analysis and remediation activities in the proper application of GAAP within an accounting restatement
