Jerry Moss is a tax principal with Baker Tilly. He has more than 25 years of experience providing tax, compliance and advisory services to businesses, particularly those with multistate, international and other complex regulatory requirements. Jerry works closely with corporations, S corporations, general and limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. He also specializes in business transition and continuity planning – including valuation and transaction advisory issues – and has provided client representation before the IRS and similar governing agencies.
