Jesse Proctor

Jesse has practiced public accounting since 2007. He provides corporate audit, review, transaction, and consulting services for public, private equity-backed, and private entities with a focus on the transportation and logistics industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Jesse worked at a Big Four firm where he was primarily focused on a large railroad audit. He then joined a large public truckload carrier as an internal auditor with a focus on internal controls and operational audits. Jesse is actively involved in various local, state, and national transportation associations.
