John is a principal with Baker Tilly’s public sector industry practice. With more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, John’s professional background includes Yellow Book and single audits of county and city governments, boroughs, townships, public utility, housing, transportation and finance authorities, school districts, intermediate units, private colleges and state universities, vocational and technical schools, federally funded research institutes, religious organizations and community foundations, as well as defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans. He has significant experience with assisting clients in achieving the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
