- Extensive experience in onboarding and transitioning real estate companies from internal to outsourced accounting models, including lift outs of employees
- Leads the financial reporting process for property, corporate and investment/joint venture entities, including annual audits, tax compliance and budgeting
- Performs outsourced Yardi Voyager, Yardi Breeze, MRI and AvidXchange system administrator duties, including trouble shooting, customization, system upgrades, module and full system implementations and multi-system integrations
- Advises and leads departmental process and procedure improvements with specialized focus on system utilization
