Keith is Baker Tilly’s Orange County and San Diego tax practice leader. He also leads the firm’s aerospace and defense industry practice. Keith is an established tax professional with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. He serves and consults with clients on consolidated tax returns, international, multistate, and mergers and acquisitions needs.
- Assists S corporations, limited liability companies and individuals with their corresponding tax issues
- Advises companies in the manufacturing, biotechnology, software, medical device, financial institution, defense contractor and distribution industries
- Experience in corporate tax and flow through areas
- Works with start-up companies, as well as middle market private and publicly traded corporations
- Considerable experience representing taxpayers before the IRS and state agencies in tax controversy matters
- Began tax career as Revenue Officer for the IRS
