Kristina has extensive experience in state and local income and franchise tax compliance and consulting as well as sales and use tax consulting and state excise taxes. Her specialized focus areas include accounting for state and local income taxes, including state provision automation and review. She also has experience assisting clients with state income tax apportionment sourcing studies, state income and sales and use tax nexus reviews, state income tax return preparation, state audit defense and negotiating voluntary disclosure agreements. Kristina’s clients include large to mid-sized public and private corporations within industries such as retailing, manufacturing, telecommunications and technology.
