Matt Day is a director with Baker Tilly’s strategy consulting practice. Matt focuses on large project management and execution, quality of strategy services, and strategic and operational improvement projects. He has more than 16 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, specializing in researching new markets and strategic growth. Beginning his post-MBA career at a global management consulting firm, Matt spent four years in the operations practice as an associate and engagement manager, with consulting experience in Asia, Europe, Canada and the U.S. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
