Megan LeBrun is a principal with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. She has a background in accounting, finance and information technology. She has been involved in the design, implementation and operation of financial systems for multiple clients in the government contracting and financial services industries. Megan has deep technical knowledge in the Deltek Costpoint system and has experience leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment efforts for large-scale multi-year ERP implementations.
- Led the planning, design, implementation, and testing for the Costpoint implementation for a multi-billion dollar global professional services firm. Planning and design phases included incorporating Costpoint best practices and meeting business requirements. Implementation and testing activities included the Segregation of Duties module within Costpoint to support internal control initiatives
- Involved in and led multiple Deltek Costpoint implementations where responsibilities included requirements gathering and documentation based on business policies and procedures, system configuration, writing test plans, conducting system tests and assisting with financial data remediation
- Led complex data conversion and project mapping initiatives for multiple business units of a global professional services firm using Deltek Costpoint
- Served as a project manager on business process transformation initiatives in connection with large-scale implementations
- Compiled and delivered end-user training material and provided post-production support for Deltek Costpoint processes and procedures
- Conducted numerous interviews with client personnel to determine reporting requirements and subsequently created custom reports utilizing Cognos to accommodate business needs
- Assisted with the integration of various company acquisitions into a parent company system including data conversion, data mapping, and validation
- Conducted multiple system assessments for various clients including providing recommendations for how to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and leverage additional system functionality
