Missy is a principal with Baker Tilly’s managed accounting services practice. She provides her team with leadership, management and strategic direction. Missy specifically has significant experience with clients pre- and post-acquisition particularly in the technology, distribution and service industries.
In addition, Missy formerly provided transaction advisory services, specifically buy side and sell side quality of earnings and due diligence services for private equity, senior lenders and strategic investors. She now utilizes that expertise to prepare her clients’ financial records in a manner that sets them up for success in the event of third-party reporting needs, including bankers, investors and auditors.
