Most recently, he served as the gross-to-net (GTN) practice lead for market strategy and navigation.
A seasoned pharmaceutical executive, Patrick has held roles increasing responsibility in both the United States and globally. He most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer, where he led financial operations across the Americas. His career includes key contributions to the full product life cycle of specialty therapeutics.

- Designed and implemented enterprise wide GTN operating model integrating people, process, technology and data, establishing scalable governance
- Led chargeback and 340 claim validation redesigns, reducing misclassified transactions and improving accrual accuracy
- Developed accounting and compliance policies that aligned finance, access and contracting functions to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley Act (JSOX) compliance, providing cross functional accountability
- Authored a “Launch GTN Readiness” training playbook used by specialty pharmaceutical companies to align finance, access and distribution functions for new product launches
