
Phil is a principal with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice and a co-lead on the strategy and transformation team. Phil and his team help clients evaluate and enhance their operating models, aligning processes, technology and human capital to meet corporate goals. Together, they assess digital and growth strategies to ensure alignment with the organization’s vision and capabilities. Their work includes designing and implementing improved processes and technologies, envisioning future states for better performance and cost savings, and modernizing data management through intelligent automation and advanced AI solutions. These services support companies at various stages throughout their growth journey.
- Co-leads the financial services digital transformation and advisory practice, working with various organizations to assess digital strategy, process and technology design and implementation projects, and modernizing data management and utilization approaches
- Acts as strategic and project management lead on a variety of projects for financial services clients
- Assisted various organizations with agile transformation, including process mapping and a heightened focus on improving the customer experience (CX), through an empathy led/human-centered design process
- Works with small and large entities (from pre-revenue startups to over $500 billion in assets) spanning various financial services sectors, as well as private/stock, mutuals and publicly traded companies
- Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Phil held positions with a leading management consulting firm focusing on enabling the delivery digital initiatives, aligning strategic vision with implementation, enterprise risk management, operational efficiency and improvement, digital transformation and human-centered design solutions (e.g., Design Thinking)
