Rachel Polson is a principal with Baker Tilly’s commercial services practice and the leader of the Minneapolis, Minnesota software and technology practice. She works with a variety of clients from the development stage to public reporting (SEC) companies. Her industry focus areas are software and technology, private equity funds and professional services. In 2009 and 2014, Rachel was recognized as one of the “Top Women in Finance” by Finance and Commerce. In 2011, Rachel was recognized as one of the “Women to Watch” for Women in Business by Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.
