- Develops and executes project specific audit programs
- Reviews construction contracts and assists with identifying risk and communicating opportunities for improvement
- Assists with audits, reviews and compilations of construction contractors and real estate developers
- Performs construction cost payment application and change order analysis
- Performs closeout audits of construction projects of varying sizes
- Executes project accounting, including progress reporting and analysis of budget to actual variances
- Analyzes contract profitability and evaluation contract line item budget to actual variances to determine the cause of variance
- Experienced in construction systems and methodology, construction planning and construction design
