Sam has practiced public accounting since 2006. He provides assurance services to clients in the real estate industry, including real estate funds, public non-traded real estate investment trusts, investment companies, and property management companies. Sam works closely with his clients on real estate valuations, consolidation issues, acquisition accounting, internal control structures, and various accounting issues.
