
Sean is a principal with Baker Tilly’s energy practice. A leader in the firm’s professional practice group (PPG), Sean specializes in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and regulatory matters. He has worked with and advised a variety of companies from Fortune 500 multinational corporations to smaller reporting companies. Sean has deep industry knowledge and experience with SEC registrants in the manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, life sciences and technology sectors
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Sean served as a member of the national office at a Big Four global accounting and advisory firm. In this role, he prepared thought leadership and advised on complex accounting and SEC reporting matters.
