Seth has significant experience in technical property tax representation, leading client management initiatives, budgeting and forecasting, and business development of real and business personal property.
- Assists clients in obtaining complex industrial exemptions, abatements and industrial tax credits through negotiations with state and local authorities.
- Manages valuation negotiations, preparation of obsolescence studies and reaching settlements for client portfolios including, but not limited to; telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage and automotive.
