Seung has been practicing public accounting since 2006, primarily serving multinational corporations with tax and finance operations. He specializes in corporate income taxation and helps clients with a range of complex federal and international tax issues, including intercompany transactions, business combinations, and post-merger integration. He offers a wide range of services, including ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, stock compensation, Subpart F analysis, and more. He has extensive experience with international projects in Asia, such as advising on tax dispute matters in India, China, and South Korea. Seung has worked in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, and aircraft leasing.
