He focuses his practice on providing fully coordinated design work resulting in a completed construction project. Furthermore, Spencer ensures schedule and budget expectations are met and projects are completed with the utmost efficiency.
With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Spencer has managed projects in multiple markets, including affordable and market-rate multifamily residential, senior living, municipal, corporate and hospitality environments.
- Oversee design, development and construction of various projects, including interior office upgrades, office expansions, building service and amenity upgrades, and building maintenance improvements
- Track and report project financing and coordinate all trades to complete work
- Ensure design and construction meets current building standards
- Coordinate work between internal and external consultants for design and construction
