Steven is a principal with Baker Tilly’s financial advisory practice. He specializes in valuing companies, intangible assets, and liabilities for financial reporting and review purposes. Steve leads valuation engagements for ASC 805, 350, 360, 718 and 820 financial reporting standards. With extensive experience, Steve has successfully led hundreds of fair value engagements and conducted more than 1,000 reviews of external reports for audits of both public and private company clients.
