Suj has successfully led more than 150 projects and implementations across the pharmaceutical, medical device, banking and insurance sectors, working in industry, software companies and consulting firms.
Recently, Suj has focused on the life sciences sector, specializing in building and providing comprehensive solutions in commercial compliance, including spend transparency, healthcare professional (HCP) contracting, fair market value (FMV)/key opinion leader (KOL) management, grants management and commercial contracting solutions.
- Provided solutions and services to 10 of the top 20 pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers to optimize compliance operations related to HCP engagement/contracting, transparency and grants/funding management
- Implemented global, federal and state spend transparency solutions for approximately 80 companies, including current state assessment, future state architecture/solution, implementation, third party system integration, data migration, deployment and launch/rollout
- Designed and installed HCP engagement solutions for 10 pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers with integrations to payment systems, vendor management systems, contract management systems and HCP portals. In many cases clients were under a confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) and/or a data process agreement (DPA)
- Built outsourcing service models and programs to transfer high cost and resource heavy compliance operation’s daily tasks and responsibilities to lower cost services. Performed services for more than 40 clients
- Conducted FMV assessments for HCPs in the U.S. and globally. Generated rate ranges by country, tier, specialty and provided defensible methodology
