Suzanne Bain is a principal with Baker Tilly’s CFO advisory services practice. With more than 24 years of experience in a broad range of audit, consulting and financial leadership services. She has significant experience providing corporate leadership, financial management, and consulting to companies of all sizes and in a variety of industries including distribution, healthcare, real estate, and not-for-profit. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Suzanne spent eight years as a Corporate Controller in the healthcare industry and four years in public accounting performing audits.

- Extensive experience supporting private equity portfolio companies with post-acquisition integration and accounting matters including reporting packages and related compliance, working capital true-up, close efficiencies, process improvement, policies and procedures development, accounting compliance and audit readiness

- Specializes and supports finance teams in cash to accrual conversion, audit readiness and navigating the first-year audit process
