- Has helped structure and close over $1.5 billion of NMTC transactions for CDEs
- Specializes in structuring financial transactions that combine various federal and state incentives including Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, Brownfield Credits, Tax Increment Financing (TIF), USDA loan program, and state/local bonds
- Helped create protocols for firm’s NMTC compliance group, which oversees $2 billion million of allocation for CDEs
- Created NMTC compliance tool for leading tax credit investor to monitor ongoing compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI) regulations
- Provides site analysis and due diligence in regards to real estate transactions
- Assists developers and businesses in receiving New Markets Tax Credit funding
