
Will Andronico leads Baker Tilly’s financial advisory services practice, overseeing national and international teams across transaction advisory, corporate finance, valuation, forensic and litigation services, as well as essential accounting and finance support for the Office of the CFO. Will specializes in transaction advisory and is highly regarded for his experience in deal structure from an economic and tax perspective. With his keen insight into the subtle nuances that can significantly impact deal value or deal risk, Will meticulously works varying angles of a transaction to achieve the best possible outcome for Baker Tilly’s clients. His event-based expertise is also concentrated in ownership designs relative to entity structures; stockholder, buy/sell and operating agreements; and the creation, evaluation and implementation of executive deferred and equity-based compensation plans.
