Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP and its subsidiary entities are not licensed CPA firms.

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP and Baker Tilly US, LLP are independent members of Baker Tilly International. Baker Tilly International Limited is an English company. Baker Tilly International provides no professional services to clients. Each member firm is a separate and independent legal entity and each describes itself as such. Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP and Baker Tilly US, LLP are not Baker Tilly International’s agent and do not have the authority to bind Baker Tilly International or act on Baker Tilly International’s behalf. The following terms shall apply if you are purchasing Baker Tilly services or products or Sage Corporation products through Baker Tilly or any authorized reseller thereof.

  • Baker Tilly End User License Agreement (EULA) – shall apply to the extent you are purchasing any Baker Tilly Products and shall govern your use of any Baker Tilly products
  • Baker Tilly Personal Data Processing Agreement – shall apply to the extent Baker Tilly is processing any of your personal information
  • Baker Tilly Standard Contractual Clauses – shall apply to the extent you are transferring any EU/UK personal data to Baker Tilly in the United States for processing
  • Baker Tilly Master Services Agreement – shall apply to the extent Baker Tilly is being engaged in professional services related to offerings such as consulting services, business process outsourcing, Baker Tilly proprietary products, custom software development, or various other services delivered as a result of its Value-Added Reseller partnership with Sage Corporation (the “Baker Tilly Services”). This Master Services Agreement shall govern the purchase and delivery of the Baker Tilly Services if you have signed an Order Schedule, Statement of Work, or related document with Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, prior to December 2025.
  • Baker Tilly Technology Services Agreement – shall apply to Baker Tilly Services purchased through an Order Schedule, Statement of Work, or related document, beginning December 2025. If you are currently engaged through the Baker Tilly Master Services Agreement, you will be transitioned to the Baker Tilly Technology Services Agreement upon annual contract renewal.
