Key features in our latest release
AR subledger automation. A configurable background process matches outstanding credit and debit transactions that would show up on the AR Aging report.
Subledger automation process. Matches debit and credit transactions within the specified number of days, and remaining transactions with a balance-forward approach.
Customer merge. Allows users to automatically merge open transactions into one account when more than one customer record exists for the same customer.
Choose multiple accounts in the Reconciliation Manager. Select multiple AP and AR subledger accounts for use in the Home and Commercial Services Reconciliation Manager.
Deposits list screen. A streamlined interface enables users to filter and search for deposits from the current entity.
Payment search. Quickly find the status of a specific payment by entering the company ID/name, payment date and amount from a single-screen.
View undeposited funds by date. View all posted and undeposited transactions as of a specified date.
