Board oversight of transformational projects: using project risk reviews to gain assurance and support success

The Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB) recently hosted a webinar with Baker Tilly and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities on project risk reviews (PRRs). In the webinar, we discussed the dynamics of PRRs, including the Board perspective, the recommended approach for higher education institutions, the questions Boards should be asking and the lessons our team has learned over years from performing these types of assessments for colleges and universities.
