The two affordable housing titans share their insight into the industry including debt and long-term equity investment options, rising interest rates and costs, as well as what investors are asking and looking for in deals.

Michael Lear is the chief business development officer at CDT. Michael has been with CDT since 2011 with experience in both asset management and equity. He has spent his entire career in the field of affordable housing policy, development, and finance.
Michael Rossi is the senior director of acquisitions at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments. Since joining Enterprise in 2010, Mike has underwritten and closed over $350 million of low-income housing and Historic Tax Credit equity, creating or preserving nearly 3,000 homes.
