Damon Duncan is a Principal Owner for Clesia Ventures, LLC and has more than thirty years of experience in the affordable housing industry, including development, grant writing, program management, resident services initiatives, master planning and strategic solutions affecting the affordable housing industry. He has extensive experience in community revitalization and development initiatives such as HOPE VI, Neighborhood Stabilization and Choice Neighborhoods. Beyond his work as a developer, program manager and consultant, he has led three PHAs as president and CEO.
