Leveraging the American Rescue Plan and Infrastructure Act to achieve community goals

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) have provided a tremendous opportunity to make improvements throughout cities across the United States. These important investments must be planned strategically.
