Strategy and solution

Baker Tilly had previously partnered with the client to implement Oracle Learning Cloud and had a strong partnership as trusted advisors. Baker Tilly led an assessment to uncover the client's requirements from all global stakeholders and utilized our proprietary iterative 'Jump Start' methodology in order to bring forward a pre-configured foundation to help to drive standardization, user adoption and increased efficiency for the client.

• Operational efficiency: The team also assisted the client with converting requisition and candidate data to eliminate manual re-entry of active records and to maintain a history of qualified candidates for the recruiting team.
• Enhanced recruiting capabilities: Baker Tilly helped the client uncover 'value add' opportunities for the recruiters like managing candidate pools, improved data quality, elimination of integration errors, fully integrated reporting and most importantly, continued alignment with their overall talent strategy.
• Streamlined onboarding process: Baker Tilly also assisted the client in identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the new hire onboarding process with Oracle Journeys.
