Oracle Redwood is the new, initiative interface to enhance user experience and redefining Oracle’s entire suite of solutions. Starting with the 24B Oracle quarterly release, Oracle Redwood pages have arrived for the Benefits module. Oracle’s Redwood pages replace the previous responsive user interface (UI) pages, bringing page redesigns and new features.
A more intuitive, guided enrollment experience for the employee
Oracle’s new Redwood pages for benefits enrollment are modeled like a guided journey. Employees are given a mixture of optional and required tasks to take them through the enrollment process from start to finish.
Administrators can provide employees with the chance to choose between two new enrollment paths – express or discovery. These path options provide a tailored enrollment experience for the user depending on their needs:
- Express lets users review and re-enroll in their same plans, cutting down on the time spent reviewing each plan option. Users can quickly keep plans or enroll in what they like.
- Discovery allows users to review every plan option, providing a detailed look at all the offerings available to them within benefits.
- Verification and enrollment documents can be uploaded by administrators and employees within the enrollment process instead of navigating to separate pages.
- Post-enrollment feedback surveys help employees feel empowered and capture feedback about their enrollment. You can target specific benefits-related policies or procedures with customized survey questions and use this feedback as an administrator to gather analytics and make future decisions for your next open enrollment.
- Automated benefit alerts and statuses keep the employee and administrator informed of enrollment or document approvals or rejections
- Customizing these allows for more thorough, real time communication with the employee on the status of their benefit enrollments or submitted documentation
